The Lumber Heritage Foundation wanted to tell some of the stories of Pennsylvania’s mills and the families who run them. We were honored when they came to visit our mill and took the time to talk to 3 generations of our Hickman Family. Larry Hickman (2nd generation), Dennis Hickman (3rd generation) and 4th generations, Jake Hickman and Jessica Hickman Fresch.
We are all truly grateful for the natural resource and the family that we’ve been fortunate to be born into and work very hard to keep the core values of the company and mentality alive today.
Denny reminds us of the sign in Harry Hickman’s office:
“Good things come to those who wait… and worketh like hell while they’re waiting.”
