Our most popular flooring pattern uses rectangular boards all cut the same size in a zig-zag pattern. The board ends are 90 degrees. The width of the board is a ratio to the length.
A zig-zag pattern similar to herringbone however, the board ends cut at a 45-degree angle. Length measured from tip to tip on the same side.
Parquet flooring consists of multiple horizontal and vertical strands resulting in a square pattern associated with woven baskets. We recommend rift only to create the illusion of one piece of wood woven. Multiple options are available with various species and a number of boards.
